How This Started

I spent years in corporate environments, watching how things get done when systems and accountability matter. Then I became a business owner myself, and the perspective shifted. You're not managing processes anymore—you're managing expectations, and people are counting on you to show up the way you said you would.

When I came on to scale Cathy's Cans, I saw something worth building on: a business that already understood what I'd learned through both corporate and entrepreneurial work. We weren't just renting dumpsters or hauling debris. We were solving a real problem for homeowners and contractors in Baltimore County who needed to trust the people they invited onto their property and their projects.

That foundation—reliability, attention to detail, respect for the client's time and space—became the starting point. My passion is marketing and sales, but it all runs through one channel: showing people exactly who we are and why they can count on us. There's no gap between what we say and what happens.
